Welcome to Accord Hôtel, located in Nkomo, Yaoundé, Cameroon.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services and hotel reservation facilities. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations

Guests may make reservations through our website, by telephone, WhatsApp or directly at the hotel.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the hotel has received the required guest information and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit.

The hotel reserves the right to contact guests to verify reservation details.

2. Room Rates

Room rates are displayed in Central African CFA francs (FCFA) and may vary depending on the room category, dates, availability and applicable offers.

The total price applicable to a reservation will be displayed or communicated before confirmation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel and may be communicated during the reservation process.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate reservation information.

  • Respect hotel rules and other guests.

  • Take reasonable care of hotel property.

  • Comply with applicable laws and hotel policies.

  • Respect the hotel's non-smoking policy.

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused to hotel property through negligence, misuse or intentional actions.

5. Non-Smoking Policy

Accord Hôtel operates a non-smoking policy in guest rooms. Guests must comply with designated smoking areas and hotel instructions.

6. Payments

Accord Hôtel accepts payment methods made available by the hotel, including:

  • Mobile Money

  • Cash

  • Other payment methods expressly offered during the booking process

Where online payment is available, payment must be completed through the designated payment provider.

7. Hotel Services

Services such as restaurant and bar facilities, airport shuttle, Wi-Fi and event facilities are subject to availability and may have separate terms, prices or operating hours.

8. Availability

All reservations are subject to room availability.

The hotel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to room allocation where necessary, while providing an equivalent or appropriate alternative whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Accord Hôtel will take reasonable measures to provide safe, reliable and comfortable services.

However, the hotel cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions caused by events such as natural disasters, government actions, network failures, power interruptions or other force majeure events.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the website is accurate and current. However, photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may occasionally differ from the actual room or facility.

11. Changes to These Terms

Accord Hôtel may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Cameroon.
